With the exception of the beach and picnic areas which are clearly marked, dogs are welcome off-leash at Beaver Lake Regional Park. The park has long easy trails where you can take a stroll with your dog and several areas where your dog can cool down with a swim in the lake.
Dogs are not allowed to be on a designated beach or picnic area between June 1 and September 15, except to pass through on-leash, without stopping. The seasonal prohibition zone applies to Beaver Lake beach, Hamsterly Beach, Eagle Beach and Water Ski Beach.
The park also features lots of free parking, a boat launch, bathrooms and plenty of garbage cans for your convenience.

So happy the park is off leash. The dogs are well behaved for the most part with responsible owners
