Bowen Bay Beach is a very nice, off-leash beach with beautiful views but dogs are not allowed in July or August. There is a fresh water Creek next to the beach where your dog can have a drink and a boat launch which is suitable for launching small boats by hand - such as kayaks, canoes and row boats. Unfortunately there is not a lot of parking available (only 4-5 cars) but there is street parking available nearby.
