Chines Park is a wooded area, at the south of Hugh Street, which features a small area next to a creek. It is just big enough to toss a ball or a stick and the creek forms a nice little pool for your dog to swim in - just be aware that the currents can be very strong at times, like after a heavy rain, so you may want to go somewhere else when the creek is raging.

We didn't have time to explore the trails when we stopped by and we have been unable to find any information about them online, but there are 2 or 3 trailheads in this area which look like they might be fun to explore.

The entrance to the park is a short gravel road at the corner of Hugh Street and Jane Street. It leads up to a small gravel parking lot.
