Crippen Regional Park is a sprawling mixed-use park near the ferry terminal on Bowen Island, BC. Dogs are welcome on-leash throughout most of the park and off-leash in the designated area just off the Meadow Trail - be sure to check the trail signage for specific information. Most of the trails are mixed use/shared, but some are limited to hiking. Check out the Crippen Regional Park Map for an overview of the area.
From east to west, the park includes Dorman Point, Snug Cove Picnic Area, Davies Orchard, the Memorial Garden, Alder Grove Trail, Maple Trial, The Lagoon, The Fish Ladder at Bridal Veil Falls, Killarney Creek Trail, Terminal Creek Meadows and Equestrian Ring, a dog off-leash area, Terminal Creek Hatchery and Killarney Lake. The lake features a picnic area near the damn at the east end and the Killarney Lake Loop Trail, which is popular for wildlife viewing.
Be sure to check out the official website at metrovancouver.org for detailed descriptions of the trails at Crippen Regional Park, the Crippen Regional Park Map, park hours, accessibility and more.
