Bring your whole family, including your dog! Silver Star is very dog-friendly with a variety of dog-friendly snowshoe trails that you can explore.
Experience the beauty and depth of Silver Star on snowshoes with pups alongside. The multi-use trails, night loops, and dog-friendly trails make the mountain accessible for as many folks (and four-legged friends) as possible. SilverStar Resort has 16 km of singletrack snowshoeing that dogs are allowed on with a leash. Note, to use the resort trails, trail tickets need to be purchased.

If you are looking for something a bit less populated, there are also dog-friendly snowshoe trails within Silver Star Provincial Park. These trails are free to use, and there is parking available. Dogs must be on-leash when using the snowshoe trails.
If you prefer cross-country Skiing, Sovereign Lakes Nordic Centre has some dog-friendly cross-country ski tracks. Dogs are not allowed on the snowshoe trails at Sovereign Lake.
