Cougar Canyon Environmental Reserve Off-Leash Dog Park is located under the power lines which cross 72nd Avenue next to Heath Elementary School. It's a large, unfenced grassy area with plenty of puddles and it's next to a very busy road, which makes it dangerous for some dogs. It would be well worth the investment to install fencing and a double gated entry along 72nd Avenue!
