Maple Bay off-leash dog beach runs between the Maple Bay boat launch and Maple Bay day use area in Cultus Lake, BC.
The beach is a shale beach so it is quite rocky and there is no soft sand for humans to relax on, so I would suggest bringing a beach chair if you would like to sit and relax while your dog plays.
The lake in this area gets deep fairly quickly, so if your dog is not a strong swimmer you may want to consider a life jacket. Like at all areas of the lake the water is beautiful so you may want to wade in and join your pup for a swim!
Dogs must be kept on-leash when in the Maple Bay day use area - outside of the dog beach. There are picnic tables and a grassy area where you can enjoy a picnic when visiting the beach.
