The dog park at McDonald Beach Park features a long stretch of sandy beach on the Fraser River, a large grass field and some trails through the woods.
When you get to the end of the 700 meters of beach you can change up your experience a bit and loop back to the parking lot through the trails.
The field is conveniently next to the parking lot, which is quite large and offers free parking.
The park also features a boat launch, picnic tables and bathrooms.
