Duncan's off-leash dog park at Rotary Park is located along the north side of the Cowichan River, east of The Trans-Canada Highway/Island Highway. You will find a parking lot at the corner of McKinstry Road and Al Wilson Grove.

This park does not have a fenced enclosure but the whole area along the dyke, and backing onto McAdam Park, is off-leash (see the map below) so there's lots of space to play on your own or with others. It also has water access, with slower currents, at several areas along the dyke trail for your dog to swim.
