The large trail system at Seal Bay Nature Park has many trails which you can explore with your dog with some restrictions.
- Dogs must be on-leash seasonally from April 1st to protect newborn fawns and fledgling birds.to June 30th.
- Dogs must be on-leash on the Swamp Loop and on all trails on the east side (water side) of Bates Road.
- The rest of the park can be explored off-leash.
Parking at Seal Bay Park
Seal Bay Nature Park is located in the Comox Valley Regional District. The park has 2 main entrances - 2201 Hardy Road, and 2100 Bates Road.
The Hardy Road entrance has over 60 parking stalls available. At the Bates road entrance, you will find over 30 parking stalls.
