The Stanley Park off leash area is a small fully-fenced enclosure located next to the tennis courts in the southwest corner of the park. It appears to be a converted tennis court, so you can imagine it's not very big.
Recent improvements to the gravel surface should eliminate the drainage issues which previously created a large "pond" in the middle of the enclosure.
Nearby you will find plenty of paid parking at the tennis courts, as well as The Stanley Park Lawn Bowling Club, the Stanley Park Pitch and Putt and The Stanley Park Restaurant and Brewpub just a stones throw away.
