- Steveston Community Park (off-leash dog park), Richmond, BC
Are Dogs Allowed In Steveston Community Park?
Yes, Steveston Community Park has a designated dog off-leash area. The dog park is fully-fenced and has a double-gated entry for safety. If you are outside of the designated off-leash space your dog must be kept on a leash.
If you have a small dog there is a separate area for small dogs only. The small dogs are also welcome in the larger "all dogs" area if they are comfortable playing with large dogs.
Both the large and small dog areas are equipped with benches so owners can sit and relax while their dogs play. There are also garbage cans on both sides of the park.
On the "all-dogs" side of the park, there is a water fountain and several water bowls so your dog can have a drink. If your dog gets muddy you can also use the hose to wash them down before you go home.
Is There Parking Available At The Dog Park?
Yes. There is a small parking lot close to the dog park. The lot has room for approximately 8 cars. If the closest parking lot is full there are also several other parking areas around the park where you can park. It is then just a short on-leash walk to get to the off-leash area.
What Activities Can You Do At The Park?

- tennis courts
- sports field
- children's playground
- splash water-park
