Uplands Park is a large off-leash dog park under the power lines in Langley and is a great park for both dogs and their humans to get some exercise. It's fully fenced and has a separate fully fenced small dog enclosure. It has washrooms, drinking water, poop bags and plenty of parking.
The park features a gravel path running around the inner perimeter which takes about 20 minutes to walk. Inside of that is a whole lot of open grassy area with a few trees.
And if that's not enough, the park ties into the on-leash trails which run for many kilometers under the power lines.
