The Victim Services Unit in Toronto, B.C. is rolling out a new trauma dog program. They are the latest in a long list of organizations looking to therapy dogs for assistance in bringing calm to intense situations. The dog has been trained to work in tense and high stress situations and has her own “office” in the Victim Services office where she has a kennel and can relax between appointments.
