Kings Mill Dog Park features a fully-fenced enclosure right on the waterfront in North Vancouver. There is water access but the “beach” is lined with jagged boulders and provides very limited access for dogs to swim, especially at low tide.
The fenced area above the beach has ample room to run on two separate wide sandy areas. The east-end of the dog park has a doggie water fountain and a handful of park benches. While the west-end of the park has a handful of picnic tables.
The City of North Vancouver has announced some changes to Kings Mill Park that will impact the dog park. Have a read of their master plan for more information.
