Locarno Park combines several greenspaces from the beach back to West 1st Avenue. The off-leash area is an unfenced grass field on the south side of Belmont Avenue.
You’ll find a playground at the west end of the field, a ball diamond on the other side of NW Marine Drive across the street and washrooms a block up the street at the beachfront concession.
