The dog park at Quilchena Park is a large, unfenced grassy area next to the sports fields and frisbee golf course. It’s a beautiful park to spend a sunny afternoon, but it really does need a fenced enclosure – dogs have been known to involve themselves in the sports fields, chasing and running away with the balls.
Dogs have also been known to run away with frisbees from the frisbee golf course which runs right through the off-leash area.
