There are 3 separate off-leash areas in this neighborhood. This signage at Falaise Park shows 2 other areas just a short walk away;  the sports field at Vancouver Christian School and the grassy greenway leading uphill (south east) from the Vancouver Christian School.

The main area faces north and features a large unfenced grassy field on a fairly substantial hill and unobstructed views of the North Shore Mountains, Mount Seymour, Grouse Mountain and Cypress Mountain.

At the bottom of the park is a wetlands habitat garden to explore with an information plaque explaining the area.

There are also 2 ball diamonds at the bottom of the hill which are on-leash only.
