This is a fairly large park which looks like it might have had a soccer field or ball diamond once upon a time. The park is unfenced but the large grassy area is perfect for fetch or a good chase.
George Park is beautiful with trees lining each side of the green space. It is a perfect spot for those who live in the area to exercise their dogs.
What features does the park have?
The park has a children's playground and a covered picnic area. The playground is off-limits for dogs. The covered picnic area is a popular neighbourhood gathering area.
Is There Parking at the Park?
There is no parking lot at the park but there is plenty of street parking available.
