The Port Kells Substation Off-leash Dog Park is a lovely neighbourhood dog park. It's only feature is a fully fenced and gated enclosure with a paved path leading to a park bench in the middle of the enclosure. The path makes the park wheelchair accessible.
Next to the park is a paved path which runs many kilometers under the power lines and connects the neighbourhoods. It makes for a nice stroll or run with your dog (on-leash).
