The Howl-O-Ween Dog-friendly Trick or Treat Event has over 50 merchants giving away free Halloween candy, sweet treats, and pet treats all along West Broadway between Collingwood to Larch St. Just look for the pumpkin in the window and the wagging tails.
The event starts at West Broadway and Macdonald and runs from 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm on Saturday October 28, 2023. Participants can pick up their FREE treat bag and map of participating locations, and enter to win Halloween prizes! They will also be collecting non-perishable pet food and donations for the BC SPCA. Note: some locations are not able to allow pets due to health regulations. These locations will have a “kids trick or treat” decal in the window and will be noted on the map.
